Arrival Time
- Established Patients: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment if you are an existing patient.
- New Patients: Please arrive 20 minutes ahead of your appointment if you are a new patient.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, so we don’t negatively impact the appointments of other patients.
